1. Provider and scope
LumePly is a third-party AI image editing tool for Adobe Photoshop. The first version offers local editing, result retrieval and account services; outpainting is not currently available. These terms cover the LumePly website account, Photoshop plugin and associated cloud services actually made available to you.
The provider, legal entity, operator and payment recipient is Hangzhou Xiangkuo Technology Co., Ltd. (杭州象阔科技有限公司, “we”). Support and complaints: support@lumeforth.com.
LumePly and Adobe Photoshop are independent products. You are responsible for lawfully obtaining the Photoshop license and environment. LumePly does not provide services on Adobe's behalf.
Before registering, read these terms and the Privacy Policy, especially credit charges, image retrieval deadlines, refunds, security, service limits and liability. We should provide a complete text you can open, read and save, highlighting terms materially affecting your interests. Registration requires explicit confirmation, without preselected checkboxes. Reading the Privacy Policy is not consent to every optional processing, marketing or third-party use.
2. Registration, sign-in and plugin connection
Registration is available to users aged 14 or above; users under 14 cannot register. New users must provide an accurate date of birth. Age is assessed on the registration date in Beijing time. Self-reported birth dates do not constitute real-name or identity verification. Users aged 14–17 should read these terms and the Privacy Policy with a guardian and obtain guardian consent before purchasing plans.
Registration uses email verification. You must be entitled to use the email address and explicitly confirm registration. One email address can be linked to only one active LumePly account at a time. Current control of an email address does not by itself prove ownership of historical account assets.
Your email is used for registration, login, password recovery and necessary security notices. Display names, referral codes and recovery codes are optional. Plan eligibility and available credits are checked separately. Phone, WeChat and QQ login are currently unavailable.
New users must set a password. Login supports email with a password or an email verification code. Passwords must contain 15–64 characters; passphrases are supported and known weak passwords are rejected. Changing an email address does not change the account ID or assets; separate accounts are not automatically merged. An omitted display name is replaced with a stable random name that you may change. Email addresses are not used to create public display names.
When starting a connection from the plugin, confirm your account and this plugin connection in the browser. The current flow explicitly expresses the intent to “sign in and connect this plugin” during sign-in. After identity verification and necessary setup, the plugin retrieves its session automatically, without a second confirmation button. Ordinary browsing or independent website sign-in does not imply consent to issue a plugin session.
Protect login credentials, verification codes and recovery evidence. Support will not ask for your password, full verification code or recovery code. For unusual activity, end sessions, use available security settings or contact support. Risk-based additional checks may apply. Reasonable recovery or appeal paths should be available if the original email address is inaccessible, but recovery is not guaranteed without sufficient proof.
3. Your content and acceptable use
Images, masks, prompts and supporting material are used for the relevant service when you actively submit generation, attachments or support requests. Ensure you have the necessary copyright, likeness and personal-information permissions. Respect confidentiality for business or customer assets. Avoid unrelated identity documents, financial, health, trade-secret or sensitive third-party information.
Do not create or distribute unlawful content; infringe intellectual property, likeness, reputation, privacy or personal-information rights; commit fraud, malicious impersonation, harassment or unlawful discrimination; steal accounts, bypass access controls, attack the service or maliciously consume resources.
These requirements do not transfer our legal review, security or privacy responsibilities to you. A general agreement checkbox cannot replace legally required specific notice, consent or safeguards for sensitive personal information or children's information.
4. Generation, credits and result retrieval
Results depend on images, prompts, selections, models and technical conditions and may contain structural, detail or color errors. Check results and rights before external use. We should explain limits accurately; AI variability does not remove agreed quality, fault-handling or statutory obligations.
Under the new save rule, credits are reserved when a task starts. They are charged once after the result is reliably saved on the server. Failed saves are not charged. Retrieving the same saved result again is not charged again. A Photoshop layer-write failure does not automatically refund an already saved result; retrieve it within its valid window or request fault review. Historical tasks retain their original rules, without retroactive repricing or duplicate charges. Actual costs, settlement timing and rules should appear before submission.
Saved results can be retrieved for 7×24 hours from successful saving, subject to the exact expiry shown. Retrieving again does not extend it. Online retrieval stops at expiry, followed by asynchronous cleanup. Downloaded PNGs and your saved PSDs are unaffected. Save important work promptly. This does not mean all originals, masks, logs, backups and third-party copies are deleted on day seven; see the Privacy Policy.
Generation history retrieves the model output image, which may differ from a Photoshop layer after masking, blending or edge processing. Results are not a long-term cloud backup.
5. Paid services and refunds
Eligible accounts can choose the plans and payment methods actually offered on the purchase page. Prices, credits, membership dates and plan-change rules for available products are displayed before purchase; see Membership and refund rules. Request refunds at support@lumeforth.com for order review and approval, then return to the original payment method. Simulated orders are not real payments; provider acceptance is not receipt of funds. Invoice requests use the same email; automatic invoicing is not implied.
The first version uses active manual purchases, without automatic renewal or charges. Paid rules must not retroactively change existing orders or restrict rights using unpublished internal proposals.
Non-performance, duplicate charges, faults, refunds and disputes are handled under law and agreement. Credit expiry, gift credits having no cash value and ordinary refund conditions do not affect statutory remedies. Digital-product status, generation completion or elapsed time cannot categorically deny legally required refunds or compensation. Contact support@lumeforth.com; confirm receipt using payment-provider records.
6. Content rights
Submitting content does not transfer your existing rights to us. We process, temporarily store, transmit and return it only as necessary to perform your request, including disclosed model and storage providers. This is not blanket permission for public display, marketing, asset sales or independent model training.
Whether output is copyrightable and who owns rights depends on your creative contribution, inputs, applicable law and verified upstream terms. We do not promise that every output carries exclusive copyright or claim all output rights. Before client delivery or commercial use, check third-party rights in inputs and outputs. These terms do not guarantee ownership or non-infringing commercial use of any particular work.
7. Restrictions, changes and termination
For credible account theft, attacks, abuse, unlawful content or legally required action, we may take proportionate measures and explain reasons, scope and appeal channels unless disclosure is legally prohibited. A temporary network fault or one sign-in from a different location does not automatically mean a permanent ban. Restrictions do not justify arbitrary confiscation of lawful benefits.
Planned maintenance, major changes or termination should be communicated accessibly with reasonable notice. Urgent security measures may precede a timely explanation. Unperformed paid services, retrievable results and personal-information requests require appropriate handling. A right to stop service does not remove fulfillment or refund duties. Statutory announcement periods apply where required.
For third-party faults, network interruptions or force majeure, we should promptly notify you and mitigate losses. Liability depends on law and facts. These terms do not exclude liability for intent, gross negligence, personal-information violations or other non-excludable matters. Third-party faults do not automatically remove all liability.
8. Personal information, export and account deletion
The Privacy Policy describes personal information, purposes, recipients, retention and rights. You may request access, copies, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent-based authorization and account deletion. Prior export or purchase is not a general prerequisite. If you cannot access your login email, contact support for identity verification.
Available export scope follows the actual entry instructions. Full ZIP export is not enabled in production; basic-record exports do not mean all material has been provided. Request additional scope or handling above package limits through published rights channels.
Full self-service account deletion is not yet open. Email support@lumeforth.com for manual identity checks, scope confirmation and progress. Normally we provide a result, or specific reasons and an estimated completion time, within 15 business days after necessary identity checks. Receiving a request, freezing an account or cleaning some files does not mean all data has been deleted.
Deletion requires identity checks and resolution of tasks in progress, lawful transactions and refund dependencies, with only necessary conditions and clear pending actions. Paid benefits are settled under law and agreement, not automatically forfeited. Gift-credit handling requires explicit confirmation. No universal waiting period is imposed without a specific basis.
After deletion is completed, revoke sign-in and auxiliary bindings, and delete or lawfully handle related information. Explain the categories, basis, term and safeguards for minimum retained records. Irreversibly deleted data cannot be promised recoverable. Explain whether and how a request may be withdrawn beforehand.
9. Updates, complaints and disputes
Highlight material changes and provide the complete revised text before intended effect. New personal-information purposes or processing requiring renewed consent cannot rely automatically on continued use or the original registration checkbox. Adverse changes to existing paid orders do not apply retroactively.
Send complaints to support@lumeforth.com. We should respond promptly and explain progress. You may also complain to competent authorities or sue in a court with jurisdiction without first completing an internal appeal.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Unless another lawful dispute-resolution method is separately and validly agreed, jurisdiction follows law without excluding courts consumers may lawfully choose. An invalid provision does not automatically invalidate the rest. Interpretation of standard terms follows law.
